Day 076: An Orion Original
It was Day 01 of our No School Covid-19 Social Distancing. Other moms had school schedules and workbooks. I survived by Netflix and snacks. Planning on short notice is NOT a skill I possess. But, I have a feeling I’ll have plenty of time to plan for upcoming weeks. Right now they’re supposed to go back at the beginning of April. I have a gut feeling, tho, that they won’t be going back for quite some time.
Orion does a pretty good job of keeping himself busy with crafts and artwork. The mood moved him today, and he created this little gem for Maddox! He said it was a ghost because he cut around the edges. Maddox really seemed to enjoy it, and I’m always tickled when Orion creates something.
I asked Maddox to show me what Orion made for him, and surprisingly, he obliged! He even walked toward the the window light, and he didn’t try to poke the lens! How cute are his little chubby hands holding this Orion original? I love that Orion gets creative all on his own. It really warms my artist heart <3.
I hope the boys can create more masterpieces during our time at home. They sure make for adorable daily photos!
